We always orientate for personal quality service provision. Our experienced staff operatively solve all matter concerning aircraft preparation for departure, handling through VIP lounges or terminals, flight schedule coordination with aviation authorities. Our flight-managers create especial comfort climate onboard on each flight legs. They meet passengers in departure airport, provide and control level of service, coordinate all steps with foreign crew and also assist to passengers with any matters in arrival airport terminal.
Personal service
We consider service is ideally organized when Customer doesn’t observe service itself. He just feel his availability to solve any question qualitatively and quickly.
To accomplish such service level we provide three things:
First – we provide to customer full, authentic, troth, composed information. That’s help to make optimal solutions quickly and soundly. Second – all of time within flight organization procedure customer contacts with his nominated personal manager who feels all of customer wishes therefore all matter are solved without idle away. Third – we consider our main goal is trust of our customers. We keep our stuff high responsibility and motivation to reconfirm that trust in each contact with our customer |
